The Dust-Jet hand operated bulb blower provides the user with the freedom of choices. Unlike other bulb blowers, the Dust-Jet allows the end user to decide if they wish to filter their blown air or not. It includes replaceable filter membranes that can be inserted into the bulb for filtering the air. This option also makes it easy to replace filters when they become contaminated with debris and limit air flow.
The placement of the removable filter is located after the bulb bellows, infront of the nozzle. This eliminates any chance of rubber debris from the manufacturing of the bulb bellows contaminating the air being blown and landing on your sensor.
The nozzle features an effective check valve for directing air flow and a short nozzle design to insure safety to the camera and its parts when cleaning.
• Cleans loose debris and dust using jets of filtered air powered by one’s hand.
• Unique nozzle design features a check valve and short nozzle for safety.
• Filter membranes are removable and replaceable when they become dirty.
• Protects camera from internal bulb bellows debris left over from manufacturing.
• Does not allow air from the nozzle to be sucked in when the bulb is released.

Note From Dust-Aid about patents:
There's been some concerns about patents relating to filtered blowers. The first mention of a filtered blower that can be found is on page 4 and 6 of the NRD instruction manual dated 5/07, which discloses the use of a filter within the air passage way of a hand blower. The patent application submitted for the NRD blower does not mention a filter. This places the disclosure of the filtered bulb blower within the manual in public domain and can not be patented by anyone, not even NRD. The only way that a filtered bulb blower could be patented is if it was submitted prior to May, 2007.
Thank you,
The Dust-Aid Team
